
When you hear the word burger, what immediately comes to mind is a dish chock-full of calories and saturated fat. Well, here’s a burger you can eat without feeling guilty!
Octopus is naturally low in fat and has high-quality proteins, and together with avocado, which is high in oleic acid and helps keep cholesterol levels under control, this octopus burger is a healthy and tasty combination that’s hard to beat.

Burger buns.
Arugula.
1 red onion.
2 avocados.
½ onion.
1 small tomato.
½ lime.

When choosing an avocado, make sure the skin is not bruised or stained. It has to be a little soft—but not overly so—so that it’s ripe and perfect for making guacamole. There are several alternatives with regard to the buns. It’s a good idea to go for rustic burger buns, since the crust will be sturdier, and will be able to hold the octopus burger together.
You can accompany your burger with some baked paprika potato wedges. To do this, slice some potatoes into wedges and boil with a little salt for 5 minutes. Drain.
Mix a splash of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, oregano, garlic powder and salt together in a bowl. Add the potatoes and stir everything together well.
Transfer to a dish lined with baking parchment and bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
